Dubai Airports CEO, Paul Griffiths , welcomed Director General of IATA

Dubai Airports CEO, Paul Griffiths (right), welcomed Director General of IATA Alexandre du Juniac for a short tour of Concourse D at Dubai International (DXB). The facility, which opened in February 2016 is the result of a US$1.2 billion investment, is home to 60 international airlines flying to 90 destinations. The discussion focused on the airport of the future, the use of technology and customer centric processes by Dubai Airports to improve the customer journey and opportunities for continued collaboration between the two entities.
