Aeroflot is the 1st among European SkyTeam airline

Aeroflot Russian Airlines has for the first time lead the rating of the SkyTeam carriers in Europe for passenger service on economy-class short- and medium-haul flights, and business-class long-haul flights.

Aeroflot’s leadership was determined based on SkyTeam’s Onboard Survey results for April – September 2009.

Aeroflot holds leading positions on all elements of on-board service: ‘boarding procedure’, ‘cabin comfort’, ‘cabin attendant service’, ‘meals’, ‘media’ and ‘business-class video system quality’.

These results give evidence of the positive trend brought about by Aeroflot’s taking steps towards its priority goal – to become Europe’s best carrier in terms of service quality.
