Aircraft Leasing Giant BOC Aviation Ends 2025 With Strong 815-Aircraft Portfolio
Singapore-based aircraft operating lessor BOC Aviation has reported robust fleet expansion and transactional activity for the full year 2025, concluding the period with a total portfolio of 815 aircraft and engines. The company’s results reflect continued airline demand for modern, fuel-efficient aircraft and active portfolio management.
By the end of 2025, BOC Aviation’s total fleet composition comprised:

462 owned aircraft,

337 aircraft on order and committed, and
-
16 managed aircraft.
During the year, the lessor also secured more than USD 4 billion in funding, supporting new deliveries and fleet growth.
Narrow-body aircraft made up the largest share of the company’s assets. The Airbus A320neo family led the portfolio with 155 owned aircraft and 206 on order, followed closely by the Boeing 737-8/9 series with 83 owned and 127 on order.
BOC Aviation strengthened its future capacity with 160 new purchase commitments added to its order book. Over the course of 2025, the company took delivery of 51 new aircraft, underlining its commitment to investing in technologically advanced and environmentally efficient jets.
The company also executed active portfolio optimization by selling 35 owned aircraft throughout the year. BOC Aviation further reported a 100 percent aircraft utilization rate, underscoring operational efficiency across its leased fleet.
“During the year, we enhanced our market position among the world’s top aircraft lessors with a strong order book and a solid fleet base. We remain confident in meeting future growth objectives,” said BOC Aviation leadership in its annual statement.
