A TOTAL of 170,000 UK air passengers will receive refunds after British Airways and Virgin Atlantic admitted fixing the level of their fuel surcharges.
In the biggest UK consumer take-up rate from a group action, claimants will be paid up to £10 per flight as part of a £73.5 million settlement.
